Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies and models based on market trends, company objectives, and customer demand.
  • Utilize SQL and Power BI to perform complex data analysis and generate insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand market trends and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales price index, volume, distribution, discounts, and rebates to determine their impact on pricing.
  • Work closely with the finance team to understand cost structures and ensure pricing strategies align with financial goals.
  • Manage the RFQ process, including the analysis of customer requirements, competitive positioning, and margin analysis.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pricing procedures and strategies.
  • Utilize VBA and Excel to create and manage advanced queries and reports.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing changes and strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a pricing analyst role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, VBA, and Excel.
