Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day commercial pricing activity by coaching, guiding, and supporting pricing analysts while promoting consistency and best practices.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to develop competitive pricing strategies that support profitability and business growth.
- Prepare, analyze, and review complex pricing proposals for domestic and international transportation services.
- Evaluate transportation costs, market trends, customer requirements, and vendor rates to build accurate pricing models.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes through automation, analytics tools, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies and collaborate with internal departments on commercial, billing, vendor, and customer-related issues.
