The Residential Pricing department is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst. Join a high-impact pricing team shaping how we win in competitive HVAC markets—where your analysis directly influences pricing decisions, strategies, and performance. The Residential Pricing team is a key part of the Residential HVAC Sales & Marketing department. The team's mission is to facilitate strategic and profitable growth. You'll partner directly with leadership and make real-time pricing decisions that impact outcomes and market share.
This requires analysis and support of pricing and marketing programs to ensure market competitiveness across a wide breadth of brands and product lines. Strong communication skills are required to interface daily with external customers in our two-step distribution environment. The successful candidate will be able to evaluate and approve real-time pricing requests, while ensuring alignment across divisions. Analyze and understand regional market differences and build models to access margin, volume, and share tradeoff. Ability to influence with data-backed storytelling and visualization. Experience with driving automation or digital transformation and integrating multi-source datasets (SAP + Salesforce + external data) a plus.
This role has exposure to leadership and a broad spectrum of business activities, making it a great platform for career growth within the organization. Candidates from pricing, procurement, category management, or market analysis backgrounds will find strong alignment in this role. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
Pay Range: The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation: This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
