Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level environmental professional to serve in a seller–doer capacity, with a strong emphasis on business development across the Central Region. This role is ideal for a highly relationship-driven leader who combines consulting experience with technical credibility in environmental remediation and due diligence. The position focuses primarily on new client acquisition and market expansion while providing leadership and oversight to a local technical team. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including bonus, commission, and employee ownership participation.

Required / Mandatory Skills:
- Business development and client acquisition (“hunter” sales) experience
- Environmental consulting experience
- Technical expertise in remediation and due diligence
- Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Project management and proposal development
- Team leadership and people management
- Knowledge of environmental regulatory programs and processes
- Client-facing communication and relationship building
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- 10+ years of direct environmental consulting experience aligned with the role
- Licensed Professional Geoscientist (PG/CPG) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- Experience supporting industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial clients
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally (approximately 15–25%)
