**Job Description** **Overview** Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to help drive large-scale infrastructure and operational initiatives supporting OCI's rapid global expansion. This individual will operate as a highly strategic, cross-functional leader responsible for coordinating complex technical programs spanning data center infrastructure, AI-driven operational improvements, tooling initiatives, and executive-level delivery management. The ideal candidate is a versatile "jack-of-all-trades" TPM who combines strong technical depth, exceptional program leadership, executive communication skills, and operational rigor. You'll have visibility across executive leadership, influence major strategic initiatives, and help drive operational transformation across one of the world's largest cloud infrastructure organizations. **Responsibilities** **Responsibilities** + Lead complex cross-functional infrastructure and operational programs across OCI + Drive execution of data center infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery + Coordinate across engineering, operations, networking, capacity planning, and executive leadership teams + Develop scalable program governance, reporting, and risk management mechanisms + Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and visibility + Manage program dependencies, milestones, and escalation paths across multiple organizations + Deliver executive-level communications, status reporting, and strategic updates + Identify execution risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies + Support organizational prioritization and operational decision-making + Operate effectively in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments **Qualifications** + 10+ years of technical program management or infrastructure program leadership experience + Strong experience supporting large-scale data center infrastructure or cloud environments + Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex cross-functional technical initiatives + Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills + Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or operational intelligence workflows + Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, systems, and operational dependencies + Proven ability to influence without direct authority + Experience operating in high-growth, rapidly evolving organizations + Strong analytical, operational, and organizational skills + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
