Consultant – Mineral Processing to build and lead a high -impact,

role is ideal for a senior mineral processing professional who thrives in
operating plants—working side -by -side with operators, diagnosing real
performance constraints, and delivering practical, decision -grade improvement
strategies. You will play a key role in shaping a process -first consulting
offering focused on measurable plant performance improvements.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Lead customer discovery to understand flowsheets, KPIs,
constraints, and performance gaps<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Diagnose plant issues through on -site assessments, data
analysis, and operator engagement<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Design and lead structured sampling and diagnostic
campaigns (safe, disciplined, decision -grade)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Translate findings into clear, implementable
improvement recommendations<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Facilitate technical workshops with operators, site
leadership, and senior stakeholders<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Coordinate internal technical capabilities including
testwork programs and engineering studies<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Produce high -quality customer -facing technical reports
in professional English<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Demonstrate visible safety leadership and ensure full
site compliance<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Required Experience & Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 10+ years in mineral processing, metallurgy, or plant
performance consulting<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Strong gravimetric circuit expertise (mandatory)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Proven track record diagnosing plant issues and
delivering performance improvements<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Experience leading sampling campaigns and converting
data into decisions<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Excellent written and verbal
English<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Willingness to travel extensively across North America<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Nice -to -Have Skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
