Senior Process EngineerThe Senior Process Engineer will report directly into the VP of Engineering and be responsible for:Develop, document, and optimize braiding and spiral process parameters, including setup sheets, process windows, and standard work instructions.Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for braiding and spiral hose manufacturing operations.Partner with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency.Lead and support product qualification and validation testing, including pressure, burst, impulse, and environmental testing.Analyze and improve braid and spiral reinforcement designs, including coverage, pick count, tension control, and carrier configurations.Ensure manufacturing processes consistently meet product performance requirements for pressure, flexibility, and service life.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and operational excellence.Assist with testing strategies, validation protocols, and certification efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
