Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Support equipment startup, commissioning, validation, and qualification activities. Lead scale-up trials, qualification runs, and commercialization efforts for new products. Develop and maintain SOPs, process specifications, PFMEAs, and control plans. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting plastics compounding and extrusion operations. Strong knowledge of polymer processing, extrusion technology, and process optimization. Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and process improvement initiatives. Background with engineered thermoplastics, masterbatch, or specialty compounding operations preferred. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, DOE, SPC, and root cause analysis methodologies preferred.Highly visible role with ownership of critical manufacturing processes.
