Sterling Engineering is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with expertise in process design and technical support for advanced technologies, including Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR), Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), and water treatment systems. Utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Flow Modeling, the ideal candidate will optimize and validate designs to enhance product performance.
Location: Remote within the US, with travel to Chicago area headquarters required
Compensation Range: $100k-$145k plus annual bonus (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize process designs for SNCR, SCR, and water treatment technologies.
- Utilize CFD Flow Modeling to analyze and enhance product designs.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding product applications and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Travel to headquarters in the Chicago area for training sessions and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required; Master's or PhD preferred.
- Proven experience in process engineering, particularly in SNCR, SCR, or similar technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and process optimization.
- Ability to travel to the Chicago area as needed for meetings and training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
