Key Responsibilities
• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for active construction and service operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with project teams on material planning, expediting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor performance data.
• Continuously improve supply chain processes, tools, and supplier relationships.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a related supply chain & procurement role within commercial construction, energy services, or related industries.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
