Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT and Professional Services Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives with a strong focus on IT and professional services categories. This role will drive sourcing strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes across IT and services categories
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, including negotiation strategies and supplier selection
  • Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) within Oracle Procurement and SAP Fieldglass
  • Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives
  • Oversee supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and vendor performance
  • Analyze procurement data, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify optimization opportunities
  • Establish and maintain sourcing governance frameworks, templates, and best practices
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment
  • Lead procurement budgeting, reporting, and savings tracking
  • Mentor team members and support a high-performing sourcing organization
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and support business growth and transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and end-to-end procurement operations is required.
  • Recent IT sourcing experience is a must have (hardware, software, professional services)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement / Oracle iProcurement is strongly preferred. Similar systems acceptable.
  • Should possess strong experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are also needed.
