Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a
Senior Procurement Specialist / Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement initiatives for a leading organization. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to support business operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with experience in
supply chain, contract negotiation, and category management, particularly within
utilities, manufacturing, or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for complex, high-value goods and services
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and spend data to support decision-making
- Lead negotiations and draft contracts, including pricing, terms, and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support sourcing events and operational initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract compliance
- Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and services, including logistics and storage
- Support category management strategies and continuous improvement efforts
- Identify and mitigate risks while maximizing contract value
Qualifications:Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- OR equivalent relevant work experience
Experience (based on level):- Procurement Analyst: 3+ years of procurement or customer service experience
- Procurement Consultant: 5+ years of experience, including cross-functional team collaboration
- Senior Procurement Specialist: 7+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain
Preferred Experience:- Utilities, manufacturing, or construction industry background
- Experience with category management and strategic sourcing
