Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Execute RFX/RFPs and manage contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.
- Monitor requisition, approval, and PO processes in Zycus, providing guidance to business requestors.
- Gather quotations, examine bids, and make awards in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure spend decisions target the lowest logical cost and comply with market benchmarks.
- Evaluate vendor reliability and develop new supply sources as needed.
- Support special project events, including data gathering for sourcing initiatives and managing vendor programs.
- Collaborate on indirect category activities such as Corporate & Professional Services, Office Supplies/IT Peripherals, Telecommunications, and more.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of extensive indirect procurement experience in a large corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract execution, and procurement compliance processes end-to-end.
- Experience with a major Procure 2 Pay system (Coupa, Ariba, GEP, Ivalue, or Zycus) is critical.
- A college degree is a must.
- Familiarity with managing contractor services and tail spend.
- Previous experience in enterprise organizations or large markets.
