Are you looking for a Senior Product Associate in Card Pricing within Marketing, Growth & Innovation who can translate business needs into clear requirements with engineering partners and drive initiatives through build, testing, and deployment?

As a Senior Product Associate in Card Pricing within Marketing, Growth & Innovation, you will be responsible for leading and supporting key initiatives by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements, define the requirements in partnership with software engineers, and then promote them through build, test, and deployment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities
  • Demonstrate s trong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams - product, tech, data, and design
  • Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports
  • Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
  • Partner with stakeholders such as legal, Risk, compliance to understand the functional/regulatory requirements and work with technology to drive business results.
  • Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of work experience in product development or related field
  • Proven ability to operate of Agile methodology
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in fintech or financial services industry
  • Hands on experience in SQL to drive prioritization/product development supported by data
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies like AWS public cloud
