Role Summary:

At Caterpillar, your work helps customers build a better, more sustainable world. In this role, you will support go-to-market initiatives and sales execution as a subject matter expert for BCP Services. You will partner with customers, dealers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to connect business needs with practical solutions that drive value and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of customer needs, technical expertise, and commercial strategy. You will help customers and dealers understand how Caterpillar solutions can improve performance, increase efficiency, and support long-term success.

What You Will Do (Job Duties):

• Provide product application expertise and deliver training on applied technology, job efficiency, and safety for customers, company teams, and dealer sales personnel.
• Manage marketing technology tools and systems while partnering with key stakeholders to develop a product roadmap that supports business growth and customer needs.
• Collaborate across internal teams to align timelines, clarify marketing goals, and advance marketing technology priorities.
• Develop product knowledge resources and sales growth programs that support field-facing teams, customer engagement, and market execution.

Top Candidates Will Have

• Customer, dealer, or field-facing experience identifying needs and recommending product, technology, or service solutions.
• Field experience working directly with customers and dealers to identify needs and develop solutions for aftermarket parts.
• Demonstrated product knowledge of hydraulic and undercarriage systems.
• Background in product application, technical sales, product support, commercial strategy, or dealer enablement.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
• Experience delivering product training, demonstrations, onboarding, or sales enablement support.
• Ability to use performance data, customer requirements, and field insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence priorities and support go-to-market execution.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar products, dealer operations, applied technology, connected solutions, or similar equipment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Additional Information:

• This position is located in Cary, NC or Peoria, IL
• Relocation assistance is available

• Expected travel in this role is 25% domestic
• This position is required onsite 5 days a week when not traveling

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
