Job Description
Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Product Delivery Lead – Digital / Commercial Banking for their Plano, TX/Bay Area, CA/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Technology Owners to define and execute product vision, roadmap, and backlog strategy.
- Manage product roadmap in Jira from Idea → Initiative → Epic → User Story.
- Facilitate quarterly Product Increment (PI) planning sessions and drive execution alignment across teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with business and technology leadership on governance, status reporting, and monthly executive updates.
- Support budget management, financial forecasting, and operational excellence activities.
- Develop and manage business requirements, use cases, process flows, test plans, and delivery artifacts.
- Lead change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.
- Coordinate enterprise integrations involving upstream and downstream systems.
- Drive delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives within the banking organization.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have product experience, and banking experience
- Digital / Commercial Banking Domain Expertise
- Product Delivery & Program Management (Agile and Waterfall)
- Jira Roadmap Management, PI Planning, and Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
- 7+ years of Project / Program Management experience.
- 5+ years of Digital Banking experience.
- Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and technology platforms.

- 10+ years of overall delivery/program leadership experience.
- Strong commercial banking or digital banking background.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams
