Design endto-end process flows that involve multiple personas – IT Admin, Security admins, End-user – and consider complex use cases that span the Okta portfolio. Perfect the details to design scalable and usable design patterns that drive a lasting impact, ensuring they not only meet a high bar for design quality and efficiency but also enhance efficiency and consistency across the product. Regularly present work, concepts, and new ideas to cross-functional team members, adjacent teams, and senior leadership to drive alignment, showcase design impact and influence key product decisions. Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Information, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 3 years of work experience in the job offered or in a product designer-related occupation.

Below is the base salary range for this position in California (separately for San Francisco), Colorado, New York, and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. For California, Colorado, New York, and Washington, the per year base salary range is: $165,000 to $234,000
