What You'll Do
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead end-to-end UX and product design efforts across web and native mobile applications, transforming user insights and business objectives into engaging, high-performing digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final design execution
- Design intuitive user journeys, navigation structures, and interaction models that support engagement and conversion goals
- Drive the design of a new native mobile application, creating workflows, experiences, and screens from concept through launch
- Translate complex workflows and business requirements into seamless user experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, Content Strategists, Digital Marketers, and business stakeholders
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that support efficient development and implementation
- Apply and help evolve an enterprise design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across digital products
- Leverage user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and continuously improve experiences
- Utilize analytics, A/B testing insights, and user feedback to optimize digital experiences
- Ensure designs support SEO, accessibility, performance, and responsive design best practices
- Provide UX leadership and strategic design guidance across digital initiatives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow enhancements and UX optimization opportunities
- Support documentation and governance efforts related to UX standards, design patterns, and digital experience guidelines
- Travel occasionally, including overnight travel as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or a related field
- 6-8+ years of UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience focused on customer-facing digital platforms
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping native mobile applications for iOS and Android environments
- Experience designing mobile-first products with complex user flows, numerous screens, and interconnected user experiences
- Experience working within and contributing to enterprise design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped web and mobile products, complex design challenges, and measurable business impact
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and digital marketing principles
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience incorporating user research, usability findings, and customer insights into the design process
- Ability to balance user needs, brand objectives, and business outcomes
- Experience working within Agile or product-focused environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering closely with UX Researchers or conducting research activities as part of the product design process
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
- Experience with customer journey optimization strategies
- Experience with usability testing platforms
- Exposure to AI-powered design tools and emerging design technologies
