Senior Product Designer
Abstract's first design hire. You'll own the full design lifecycle - UX strategy, UI craftsmanship, design systems, and brand - with direct reporting to the CEO and real influence over the product direction.
What you'll do
Lead discovery sessions, brainstorming, and ideation workshops
Own the complete product design lifecycle from research through final UI
Design and simplify enterprise SaaS workflows
Build scalable design systems and brand guidelines
Create marketing and sales collateral alongside product and engineering
What we're looking for
4+ years product design experience, including startup scale-up
Proficiency across the full product design lifecycle
Enterprise SaaS workflow redesign expertise
Design systems experience
Figma expertise plus familiarity with Adobe Suite and AI tools
Nice to have
Legal tech, govtech, or policy industry background
Founding or early designer startup experience
Motion design and animation skills
