What You Will Do

• Design and iterate on user interfaces and experiences using Figma, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define design specifications and deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, enhancing the overall product usability.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines that promote consistency across the product.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design improvements and drive user satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, demonstrating a solid understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred

• Experience in the Internet marketplace or AI sectors, bringing relevant insights to the design process.

Compensation and Benefits
