Description

The Senior Product Engineer will serve as a technical leader responsible for supporting product development, manufacturing performance, qualification activities, and complex engineering investigations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions, analyze product and test data, and resolve quality and reliability challenges throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Lead NPI, qualification, yield improvement, and failure analysis activities.
  • Support manufacturing, testing, and engineering teams with technical expertise.
  • Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong semiconductor engineering background and experience supporting products through development, qualification, and manufacturing. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the technical expertise to lead complex investigations while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
  • 4+ years of semiconductor manufacturing or related engineering experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor testing, reliability standards, data analysis, and failure investigation techniques.
