Job TitleSenior Product EngineerJob DescriptionServe as the technical lead for yield, quality, reliability, and testing issues. Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Support new product introduction by reviewing customer specifications and manufacturing requirements. Develop manufacturing flows and reliability qualification plans. Create, review, and approve technical specifications and manufacturing documentation. Lead NPI projects and coordinate cross-functional engineering activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and yield. Analyze product performance using data analysis and yield management tools. Support test floor operations, programming activities, and product validation efforts. Evaluate semiconductor devices using oscilloscopes and test equipment. Perform product characterization, hardware debugging, and failure analysis activities. Interpret customer requirements and translate them into test and assembly specifications. Manage device and package qualification activities. Coordinate failure analysis investigations and drive issue resolution. Modify manufacturing processes based on yield and performance trends.
