Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs that new or improved products can fulfill. Review, analyze and compare competitors' products, and meet customers to discuss their requirements
  • Lead Global Analytics product implementations to support existing or new business requirements by gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, creating solution designs, and contributing to benefit realization
  • Own and maintain product portfolio documentation, including roadmaps, product presentations, Product Solution Design documents and detailed design materials for any new product features
  • Ensure that products are fully integrated into end-to-end business processes
  • Ensure that training materials and documentation are done and provide as required training of new functionalities
  • Ensure COE practices, systems and tools are developed, maintained and marketed to support current and future business requirements at an optimal 'total cost of ownership' for customers
  • Travel estimate 10% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 8 plus years of specific experience
  • 5 plus years of technical implementation experience with BI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI / Power Platform, Snowflake, or similar

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
