Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fire service respiratory protection equipment for the NFPA market through the full product lifecycle. This role requires excellent listening, problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills. To be successful in this position, you are expected to deeply understand our customers' needs and NFPA market dynamics so that you can translate those learnings into best-in-class, differentiated fire service respiratory protection experiences. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to ensure the health of the product group and the team, helping to balance long-term strategic considerations and product development with near- and mid-term opportunities and challenges in a high-pressure, opinionated environment. Qualifications Qualifications Experience developing products in industries that are subject to regulatory requirements.
