Senior Product Management Support – WEMT Team Lead

Summary:

Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Senior Product Management Support – WEMT Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead business operations/product management support within WEMT.
• Analyze and improve operational processes and workflows.
• Develop KPIs and performance measures.
• Manage RFIs, external engagements, stakeholder communication, and PMO operations.
• Train personnel on new or changed processes and procedures.
• Coordinate day-to-day team performance.

Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• PMO/business operations.
• Medical acquisition/product management.
• Process improvement.
• KPI/performance management.
• Executive stakeholder engagement.
• Team leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong analytical/problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office 365 proficiency.
• Ability to work across functions and independently.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current WEMT incumbent Team Lead.
• DHA/PAE MP product management experience.
• DoD acquisition experience.
• Process improvement/Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Medical product development exposure.

 

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $100,000 to $140,000.
