Senior Product Manager

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Senior Product Manager job in Bethesda, MD. This CONTRACT hire job is available with one of our key customers in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing product roadmaps, and leading the delivery of enterprise technology solutions focused on Property Experience and Salesforce platforms. To be successful in this position, you must have experience leading cross-functional product initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions, and driving Agile product delivery. Preference will be given to candidates with experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise CRM or customer experience platforms.

Senior Product Manager job responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps that align with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are development-ready.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile planning activities, and ensuring successful testing, deployment, and release of new capabilities.
• Conduct business and systems analysis, document requirements and workflows, and collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, and vendor teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while driving enterprise product enhancements that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key performance metrics while ensuring solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in product management, software development, application delivery, or related technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions while leading cross-functional Agile teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, CRM platforms, or enterprise customer experience solutions preferred.
• Product Management, Agile, or Scrum certifications (CSPO, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
