Summary:
This role is focused on driving the self-serve conversion strategy and roadmap on slack.com. The position requires a deep understanding of funnel data and user behavior to drive incremental revenue. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences and AI-powered growth initiatives.
 
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the self-serve conversion strategy and roadmap on slack.com, prioritizing opportunities grounded in funnel data and user behavior.
  • Run experiments end-to-end, including opportunity sizing, brief writing, hypothesis definition, QA coordination, launch decisions, ramp management, experiment integrity monitoring, and results readout.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Program Managers, Analytics, Brand, and PMM to align on priorities and ship high-quality web experiences that drive conversion.
  • Drive AI-powered growth initiatives on slack.com, including evaluating and launching new agentic product surfaces, defining the end-to-end user experience, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure quality, scalability, and conversion impact.
  • Define tracking and attribution requirements with Engineering and Analytics to ensure clean, actionable funnel data.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, experiment results, and strategic bets clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
 
Qualifications
  • 8 years of web and/or product management experience with a strong focus on product-led growth and self-serve conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on growth metrics such as activation, conversion, upgrades, and revenue.
  • Strong data fluency, comfortable working with analytics tools and pulling your own insights to size opportunities.
  • Experience running rapid experimentation cycles and translating results into actionable next steps.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, scrappy, curious, and energized by fast-paced environments with short feedback loops.
 
Desired Skills
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software industry is a strong plus.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90.00 - $100.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
