AsaSeniorProductManager,Casualty, you'll play a critical role in defining the strategy, performance, and long-term direction of our casualty product portfolio. This highly visible position combines productstrategy,marketanalysis,pricingoversight,innovation,andleadershiptodriveprofitablegrowthacrossmultiplestatesandlinesofbusiness.

You'll have the opportunity to influence key business decisions, launch new products, expand into new markets, and modernize our product offerings through data analytics, digitization, and emerging technologies. LeadProductStrategyandPortfolioPerformance

• Developandexecutemulti-yearproductstrategiesandroadmapsalignedwithcorporategrowthandprofitabilityobjectives.
• Owntheperformanceofassignedcasualtyproductsacrossmultiplestatesandterritories.
• Continuouslyevaluatemarketconditions,results,andemergingtrendstoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandstrategicadjustments.
• Driveportfoliooptimizationthroughpricing,segmentation,underwritingcollaboration,andperformancemonitoring.

DriveInnovationandMarketExpansion

• Leadthedesign,development,andlaunchofnewproducts,programs,andmarketopportunities.
• Identifyemergingindustrytrendsandtranslateinsightsintoactionableproductstrategies.
