Selby Jennings is partnering with a leading invesment manager building a next-generation enterprise data ecosystem to support advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and data-driven business operations. As part of a newly established data platform organization, this role will be instrumental in defining and delivering scalable cloud-based data products that enable self-service access, seamless integration, and enterprise-wide data capabilities.

What You'll Do
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise data platform products.
Partner with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
Lead product discovery, experimentation, and MVP development to deliver innovative data platform capabilities.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build scalable solutions leveraging technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data integration frameworks.
Prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
Define KPIs, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
Support product adoption through enablement, training, and go-to-market initiatives.
Help shape a growing product management function by mentoring team members and establishing best practices.
Qualifications
8+ years of product management, platform product, or related experience.
Proven experience owning products through the full lifecycle, from strategy and ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
Strong understanding of modern data architecture, data engineering, and cloud data platforms.
Experience working with technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka/Confluent, Flink, or similar platforms.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
