Location: Arlington, TX (Onsite Monday-Friday)

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Annual Bonus

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical data products and analytics capabilities.

This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating data-driven business objectives into product strategies that deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate possesses a strong product management background, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to partner across technology, operations, and business functions to drive enterprise data initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data products can drive measurable business value.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and market requirements.
• Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure development teams focus on the highest-value initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Delivery, QA, and Architecture teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure product effectiveness.
• Leverage analytics, insights, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Business Units to ensure successful product adoption and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting data, software, analytics, or technology products.
• Demonstrated success managing products through the full product lifecycle.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Product Owner responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and modern product management practices.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, reporting environments, or business intelligence initiatives.
• Experience working with large datasets and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of customer, operational, or marketing data ecosystems.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Science teams.
• Familiarity with design thinking, experimentation, and rapid prototyping methodologies.
• Experience supporting web, mobile, or omnichannel digital platforms is a plus.
