Senior Product Manager

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills -

Experience with large-scale retail or omnichannel commerce platforms. Experience with personalization, recommendations, promotions, loyalty, payments, fulfillment, or order management. Experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization. Experience working with distributed engineering, product, and business teams. Familiarity with product delivery, analytics, digital experience, and observability tools. Ownership of product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and measurable outcomes. Experience managing customer journeys across responsive web and mobile applications. Hands-on expertise in product discovery, backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, acceptance, and release planning. Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures. Experience using customer research, behavioral analytics, experimentation, and business data to guide product decisions. Working knowledge of APIs, microservices, system integrations, and scalable digital architectures. Understanding of digital commerce capabilities such as search, browse, product detail, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, loyalty, order management, fulfillment, and post-purchase engagement. Ability to balance customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, compliance, risk, and delivery capacity.

Roles & Responsibilities -

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures for assigned digital eCommerce capabilities. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and business case development through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous optimization. Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business outcomes, technical dependencies, risk, and team capacity. Partner with engineering, design, architecture, analytics, operations, and business teams to delive r scalable, reliable, and intuitive digital commerce experiences. Drive improvements across key customer journeys including product discovery, search and browse, product details, cart, checkout, payments, order management, fulfillment, and post-purchase engagement. Create clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, release goals, and measurable product outcomes. Lead product-related Agile activities including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, release planning, and readiness discussions. Use customer feedback, behavioral data, funnel analysis, and experimentation to identify opportunities and guide prioritization. Define and monitor relevant measures such as conversion, engagement, adoption, journey completion, customer satisfaction, reliability, and operational performance. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and proactively resolve risks, constraints, and competing priorities. Ensure solutions meet applicable security, privacy, accessibility, performance, quality, and compliance requirements. Communicate progress, decisions, trade-offs, risks, and outcomes clearly to delivery teams and senior stakeholders. Support production releases, evaluate product performance, and drive a continuous improvement roadmap.

Salary Range-$110,000-$170,000 a year
