$65 to $80 per hour with a conversion to $135K to $170K DOE

Summary
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic supply chain technology initiatives that drive real business impact. In this role, you'll shape product vision, partner with business leaders, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-focused solutions. You'll bring strong product leadership, agile expertise, and a passion for driving transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy aligned with supply chain goals.
• Partner with business leaders to shape roadmaps and prioritize value-driven initiatives.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to delivery and iteration.
• Own the backlog, manage sprints, and champion agile best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Track performance metrics to maximize adoption, impact, and ROI.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field a must.
• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Hands on Keyboard IT experience
• Strong background in supply chain, logistics, or operations tech.
• Experience with leading teams or direct reports
• Proven success in agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with supply chain platforms and integrations.
• Vendor management experience and KPI-driven mindset.
