We are seeking a customer-focused and highly analytical Sr. Product Manager to help drive our Fraud Prevention, Risk Decisioning, and Payment Integrity capabilities and reports to our Director of Product, Fraud & Payment Integrity.
In this role, you will contribute to the product strategy and own the execution of features, tools, and platforms that protect our customers and our business from fraud and payment risk. You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Product to shape the roadmap, translate business requirements into actionable product work, and deliver solutions that support the payments processing business with robust fraud controls that delivers frictionless user experiences.
You will work cross functionally with teams across Fraud, Risk, Payments, Data Science, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver impactful products in a highly regulated, high-volume environment.

4-6+ years as a Product Manager with experience designing, launching and optimizing large‑scale successful digital products; ideally in payments, fintech, fraud, risk, online gaming, or similar highly regulated industries
Industry knowledge, experience and passion for fraud prevention, identity verification, or transaction risk logic
Strong familiarity with detection tooling, rules engines, device intelligence, or payment risk workflows
Expertise in owning and delivering on complex and aggressive product roadmaps
Ability to write to descriptive narratives which demonstrate your knowledge of the problem, strategies, risks, and data which helped formulate the proposed solution or feature
Track record of leading and delivering large-scale products from conception through to completion
Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira
Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud/Risk Operations teams

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.

Payments transactions including deposit and withdrawals
Product Fraud and risk mitigation
Transaction integrity and intelligence
Treasury, settlements and reconciliation
Operational dashboards, data and reporting
Partner with Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams to ensure stable deliveries
Translate customer research, regulatory updates, and market insights into clear priorities and scalable solutions
Champion a customer first, research driven culture while balancing risk/fraud and regulatory constraints
Cultivate strategic alignment across Growth, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Payments, Engineering, Data Science, UX, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams
Build, monitor and communicate results of real-time visibility into funnel health and account outcomes (dashboards, leading indicators, anomaly detection, alerting)
Combine qualitative and quantitative inputs (UX research, usability tests, VOC, cohort and funnel analytics) to identify high leverage product improvements
Own the prioritization framework and process to balance business, engineering and stakeholder requirements
As our payment industry SME, you will communicate relevant payment industry trends with data backed recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership
