Senior Product Manager
Irving, TX – Hybrid

Preference to candidates in the Irving, TX area but open to candidates that live within 50 miles of the corporate offices in Evansville, IN; Baltimore, MD; Wilmington, DE; or Charlotte, NC
The role is Hybrid and requires three days onsite weekly, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

QUALIFICATIONS:
Top Skills:

Experience in managing co-browsing technologies in a product role in the customer care space
A solid understanding of customer experience insight tools such as digital tag managers, A/B testing tools, Qualtrics, etc.
Experience building governance models around digital standards (IE testing frameworks, deployment standards, etc.) to be leveraged across product organizations

Mandatory Skills:

At least 5-7 years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced technology-oriented company, with product ownership from idea to execution
Strong sense for quality and user experience
Able to properly determine scope, key milestones, objectives and dependencies of a project
Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience working in Lending companies or FinTech companies
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
Experience working in an agile environment

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field
At least 5+ years of experience and at least 1-2 of that as a product manager - preference for Product Managers with experience in supporting customer insight tools, co-browse platforms, and a functional knowledge of data analysis
