An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office: Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Boston, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Who We Are

Wayfair is one of the largest advertisers in e-commerce, investing across search, social, display, CTV, audio, and emerging channels. Our Marketing Measurement & Attribution team is responsible for ensuring every dollar we spend is grounded in rigorous experimentation and best-in-class attribution models (e.g., Themis, MMM, lift studies, clean rooms). This team sits at the intersection of Marketing, Applied Science, Data Engineering, and Finance to drive confident, data-driven investment decisions across a multi-million-dollar media budget.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our marketing measurement and attribution ecosystem. This role will shape the future of how Wayfair measures incrementality, attributes outcomes across channels, and translates insights into investment decisions. You will be a key partner to Marketing leadership, Applied Science, and Engineering teams as we evolve our attribution platforms, experimentation frameworks, and planning capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Define the future of marketing measurement

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wayfair’s measurement and attribution platforms.

  • Shape the evolution of key capabilities including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, media mix modeling, budget and scenario planning tools, and clean-room measurement.

  • Translate complex business questions from Marketing and Finance into scalable product solutions.

Build best-in-class attribution products

  • Partner closely with ML Science and Engineering teams to develop, validate, and deploy improvements to Wayfair’s attribution models.

  • Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and governance processes that ensure measurement products remain accurate, trustworthy, and actionable.

  • Drive adoption by helping stakeholders understand model outputs, tradeoffs, and business implications.

Scale experimentation and validation

  • Lead the product strategy for incrementality measurement, including geo-lift testing, platform lift studies, and emerging validation methodologies.

  • Build scalable workflows, standards, and tooling that enable experimentation across channels, brands, and markets.

  • Evaluate and integrate external measurement partners and technologies where they accelerate business impact.

Turn measurement into action

  • Ensure attribution and incrementality insights directly inform budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reporting.

  • Partner with Marketing leaders to improve investment decisions across channels and reduce overlap in media investments.

  • Define the data products and interfaces needed to power planning and optimization workflows across the organization.

Drive cross-functional alignment

  • Serve as the primary product leader for marketing measurement initiatives, partnering across Marketing, ML Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts and measurement results to executive and non-technical audiences.

  • Balance strategic investments, operational excellence, and stakeholder needs while driving measurable business outcomes.

We're A Match Because You Have

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of leading complex data, analytics, machine learning, or platform products.

  • Experience working in marketing technology, advertising, measurement, experimentation, analytics, or related domains.

  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and business stakeholders.

  • Experience influencing investment or business decisions through data-driven products and insights.

  • Strong analytical foundation and comfort working with large-scale datasets, metrics, and model-driven systems.

  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, causal inference concepts, and statistical measurement frameworks.

  • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, media measurement, or related analytical approaches.

  • Ability to translate technical outputs into clear business recommendations and product decisions.

  • Proven ability to define product vision and strategy in ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.

  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, balancing long-term platform investments with near-term business needs.

  • Ownership mindset with a bias toward action and delivering measurable impact.
