Responsibilities:Working under minimal supervision of the Product Line Manager, Product Line Director and/ or the Vice President of Product Management, the Senior Product Manager (Sr PM) relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Sr PM is responsible for developing, implementing and managing go-to-market program strategies and business plans across all selling subsidiaries to drive growth and profitability. The Sr PM directs cross-functional activities as detailed in the business development plan for their designated partners’ solutions.
| • | Manages category go-to-market strategies for the partner(s) portfolio

| • | In addition to adding strategic growth areas, develops program strategies to support and drive the key partners and program initiatives in collaboration with the partner and internal resources

| • | Directs cross-functional activities as detailed in the business development plan for their designated partners’ solutions. Influences Product Management resources (PMC, PDS, BDS and Program Managers) to action on relevant components of the partner business plan

| • | Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned. |
| • | Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills with ability to create complex spreadsheets using formulas, including v-lookup, and pivot tables. | |
| • | With Converged Data Center and Software partners, technical aptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills | |
| • | Leverage Business Intelligence tools to define business opportunities to drive marketing planning and opportunity | |
| • | Broad understanding of a partner-driven channel model | |
| • | Experience with business planning and strategic marketing plan development | |
| • | Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials | |
| • | Strong understanding of and working knowledge of the value added technology industry | |
