Pay Range $70 - $90 per hour, W2
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Work Mode: Hybrid Contract
Location: Oakland, CA

• TOP THINGS: Self-driven, strong product management skills, and communication
• Local candidates only (near Oakland, San Ramon, Dublin, etc.) who can join collaborative workshops seamlessly.

• Expected to work 2-3 days every week out of an office as needed (can be San Ramon, OGO, etc.).
• Equipment: A company laptop will be provided. In case of delays, vendor/personal device may be needed. Any other tools must be vendor-provided or personal.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Distribution Engineers, Distribution Program Leads, PSPS IT team, PSPS Product Managers, and PMO team to maintain and enhance current state of PSPS Scoping products and support the Go Live of PSPS/ADMS module.
• Rapidly develop a strong understanding of scoping products, business processes, and stakeholder requirements to support product development and operational initiatives.
• Contribute to the Product Roadmap and Product Backlog (Excel-based).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define technology business outcomes for assigned business areas.
• Contribute to business process improvements and product prioritization.
• Create detailed feature requirements for prioritized features and communicate them to IT.
• Facilitate and perform UAT (user acceptance testing) and support end-to-end business testing.
• Participate in product demos and support training as needed.
• Support EOC/PSPS for assigned product area if issues arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with a sales staff marketing products to commercial or industrial customers.
• Experience in the energy efficiency or utility industry.
• Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills.
