This team partners closely with Technology, Operations, Program, Analytics, and external vendors to deliver scalable, resilient omni-channel fulfillment experiences.This role focuses on Omni Fulfillment and Delivery Experiences, owning highly visible and business-critical capabilities across OMS, Sourcing, EDD, and fulfillment execution. core responsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and a 12-24 month roadmap for omni fulfillment capabilitiesTranslate guest and business problems into clear outcomes, priorities, and success metricsLead discovery, MVP definition, and delivery across OMS, sourcing, and EDD flowsDrive backlog refinement, prioritization, and sequencing while managing dependencies and riskPartner closely with Engineering, Operations, Program, and Analytics teamsMeasure post-launch success and iterate using data and insights qualifications5+ years of product management experience delivering complex, cross-functional productsExperience in omni-channel fulfillment, OMS, inventory, or supply chain domainsStrong product judgment around prioritization, MVPs, and trade-offsComfort working with technical platforms and data-driven productsAbility to communicate clearly with senior and executive stakeholders must havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $132,600 - $174,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
