We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and drive innovative Payments, Data, Analytics, and AI-powered products. This role will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, conducting market and customer research, shaping product strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate combines payments domain expertise with strong product management, UX, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business cases for payments and data-driven products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and ideation workshops to identify new product opportunities.
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders, customers, UX teams, and engineering teams to define innovative product concepts.
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Champion UX best practices and ensures intuitive, customer-centric product experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI teams to drive successful product delivery.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and Agile execution.
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching successful digital or data products.
- Strong experience in the Payments industry, including Merchant Services, Payment Processing, FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, or Embedded Payments.
- Experience developing Data, Analytics, AI, or digital products.
- Strong expertise in product discovery, market research, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and user-centred design.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, Azure DevOps, and Figma.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, and data monetization strategies.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Product Management certifications (CPM, CSPO, SAFe Product Manager, Pragmatic Institute).
