About the Opportunity
ZipStaff is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to drive complex product strategy and delivery for a major financial services organization focused on large-scale digital customer experiences.
This is a senior leadership role for a product manager who has repeatedly delivered measurable outcomes at scale. You will own high-visibility product initiatives, reimagine customer experiences, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity while balancing business, technology, and customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for complex, high-impact digital products.
- Obsess over internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions that create tangible business value.
- Translate business strategy and deep analysis into consumer-facing digital products with clear prioritization and measurable outcomes.
- Drive game-changing results by focusing on leverage, rigorous prioritization, and execution excellence.
- Leverage technology to deliver innovative, resilient solutions that enable both near-term results and long-term platform value.
- Identify and resolve complex product problems while proactively mitigating product, technical, and operational risks.
- Lead and align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics, Risk, Marketing, and Business) to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
- Influence senior stakeholders and executive partners with data-driven recommendations and clear product vision.
- Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong governance and outcome accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience delivering consumer-facing or large-scale digital products.
- Proven track record of owning complex product initiatives from strategy through delivery with measurable business impact.
- Strong experience translating business strategy and quantitative analysis into prioritized product roadmaps and shipped outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners.
- Deep experience applying human-centered, business-focused, and technology-driven product approaches.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify leverage points, quantify value, and manage product risk.
- Experience operating in large, matrixed, or highly regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or large-scale consumer digital platforms.
- Background in data-driven or quantitatively rigorous product environments.
- Experience driving transformational or multi-year product initiatives.
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline.
