We''re seeking an experienced, results-oriented Product Manager to join our Product team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and development of key product families that support Redica's market position and future growth.
You will shape the future of our data offerings by translating customer and business needs into scalable, usable data products. - Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product families, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering technically complex SaaS products and solving advanced technical challenges; experience with data products in a mature product organization is highly preferred.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to deeply understand technical challenges and collaborate effectively with Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Experience launching and scaling products in a B2B SaaS environment, as well as significant expertise in the life sciences industry, particularly in quality or regulatory compliance, is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in delivering data products, including collaboration with Data Engineers and Analysts to build scalable, impactful solutions.
- Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with data pipelines, advanced data structures, SaaS architecture, and AI/ML technologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in mature product organizations.
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in quality or regulatory compliance, is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or equivalent) are a plus.
