Experience defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex products from concept to launch.

Experience working with healthcare interoperability, healthcare data exchange, revenue cycle management, healthcare transaction services, or clinical workflow solutions.

Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, or data-driven platforms.

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and technologies such as FHIR, HL7, APIs, EDI/X12, or related frameworks.

Experience using data, analytics, customer insights, and KPIs to drive product decisions.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience with Oracle Health products, healthcare providers, payers, revenue cycle vendors, clearinghouses, or interoperability platforms.

Experience with prior authorization, claims management, eligibility verification, remittance processing, referrals, attachments, or related revenue cycle workflows.

Experience building AI-powered healthcare products, generative AI solutions, conversational AI, clinical decision support tools, or intelligent workflow automation.

Knowledge of AI/ML development lifecycles, model evaluation methodologies, and responsible AI practices.

Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and related compliance frameworks.

Experience launching 0-to-1 products and driving market adoption.

Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms, SaaS products, and large-scale distributed systems.
