Position Purpose:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of product capabilities that improve how Replenishment Buyers plan, evaluate, and execute supplier-to-DC ordering decisions.

You will help translate current manual buyer workflows into scalable product features, AI-assisted recommendations, and agentic actions. The role will focus on improving supply planning decisions, inbound DC visibility, ASN accuracy, dock and receiving visibility, supplier performance insights, and inventory productivity.

The goal is to improve OTIF and service reliability while reducing manual effort, excess inventory, aged exposure, and working capital tied up in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build Supply Planning Capabilities for the E2E Ordering Platform: Own product features that connect supplier constraints, PO signals, lead times, inventory position, inbound status, and DC risk into one decisioning experience for Replenishment Buyers.
  • Improve Replenishment Buyer Decisioning: Translate buyer workflows into AI-enabled tools that help users identify risks, compare options, recommend actions, and make faster decisions on POs, supplier issues, and inventory needs.
  • Lead Inbound DC Visibility Product Roadmap: Develop capabilities for ASN visibility, inbound exception tracking, dock and receiving constraints, appointment visibility, detention reduction, dwell-time insights, and supplier/DC flow transparency.
  • Enable Agentic Actions for Buyers: Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build agentic workflows that gather context, surface risks, recommend PO actions, route approvals, and log decisions for continuous learning.
  • Improve OTIF and Working Capital Outcomes: Prioritize product capabilities that increase service reliability, reduce inbound disruption, improve buyer productivity, and optimize inventory levels without increasing unnecessary working capital.
  • Partner Closely with Warehouse Operations: Work directly with DC and warehouse operations teams to understand receiving bottlenecks, inbound flow gaps, dock constraints, ASN quality issues, and operational root causes impacting supply planning.
  • Support Manufacturing Planning Use Cases: Extend supply planning and inbound visibility capabilities into manufacturing-related flows, including raw material availability, production input readiness, finished goods visibility, and DC-to-manufacturing dependencies.
  • Translate Data into Product Requirements: Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, metrics, and workflow designs that connect data modernization, semantic definitions, and operational execution.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Replenishment, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, Data, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align roadmap priorities and deliver scalable platform capabilities.
