Employees are empowered to make meaningful contributions within a collaborative, customer-focused environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and growth plans aligned with customer needs and business objectives.Gather and analyze customer insights through direct engagement, market research, and voice-of-customer initiatives.Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.Lead the full product lifecycle, including new product development, product enhancements, portfolio optimization, and product rationalization.Partner closely with R&D, Technical Services, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to bring innovative solutions to market.Own pricing, portfolio, and assortment strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.Develop compelling value propositions and support go-to-market execution through messaging, sales enablement tools, digital content, training materials, and promotional programs.Analyze business performance, including sales, revenue, margin, and profitability metrics, and translate insights into strategic actions.Drive cross-functional alignment and project execution while balancing customer requirements, commercial priorities, and operational capabilities.Mentor and support junior product management team members, fostering development and a high-performance culture.Champion continuous improvement initiatives and apply customer-back innovation principles to support long-term business growth.The Successful ApplicantRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.7-10 years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, brand management, or a related commercial leadership role.Experience within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, aerospace, transportation, or other technically complex environments.Proven success developing and executing product strategies that drive profitable business growth.Strong experience managing product portfolios, pricing strategies, and new product launches.Demonstrated ability to leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and business analytics to guide decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue, margin, and portfolio performance.Track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with ERP and CRM platforms.Preferred Experience & CompetenciesExperience working within specification-driven industries and long sales-cycle B2B environments.Familiarity with customer-back innovation methodologies and value-based selling approaches.Knowledge of market analytics tools such as Circana, NPD, or comparable platforms.Strong project management and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams without direct authority.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on identifying and executing high-impact opportunities.Ability to thrive in dynamic environments while effectively managing multiple priorities.Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Ability to maintain a valid U.S. Passport for international travel.Comfortable working in manufacturing or industrial environments where exposure to varying temperatures or controlled chemicals may occur.What's on OfferOpportunity to join a globally recognized industry leader with a strong heritage of innovation and growth.Significant ownership and influence over strategic product direction and business performance.Collaborative culture built on trust, integrity, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Exposure to global markets, leading customers, and highly innovative product solutions.Career development opportunities within a financially stable and growth-oriented organization.Comprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings programsPaid time off and holiday programsWellness and employee assistance resourcesProfessional development opportunitiesCommunity engagement and charitable giving initiatives
