The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds world-class experiences to help Selling Partners across the world bring great selection at low prices for our shopping customers. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager - Tech to drive the vision of core shared services that enable Seller Central, Vendor Central and the publicly vended APIs for creating and managing Listings on and off Amazon. Key job responsibilities Understanding Selling Partner and Developer needs, defining clear project plans, and executing to high expectations in a fast-paced environment. Interact directly with external Developers about their experience with our public APIs. Defining a data-driven product vision, developing business cases and requirements, and prioritizing competing opportunities. Partnering with other functional teams to identify and influence development of new products and services. Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, and working with business, UX, tech and analytics teams to define and deliver impactful solutions to our Selling Partners. Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints. Drive execution of product roadmap, GTM and Selling Partner adoption by partnering with internal stakeholders. Making smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery. A day in the life You will help define the product vision for our shared services, including public APIs, used by millions of sellers, vendors and developers every day. You will identify ways to simply content generation using Generative AI and other ML-based solutions. You will work with UX, tech and WW stakeholders to design, build and bring products to market. You will be responsible for overall adoption, effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of your product. About the team The Selling Partner Shared Services team, within CSPE, focuses on improving the Selling Partner product listing experience across our Seller and Vendor desktop, mobile and API experiences. We do this through experience consolidation, driving consistency across the Selling Partners experience, and developing new experiences to help our Selling Partners sell successfully on Amazon.
