The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical with MarTech experience to help build and scale our marketing tech and journey orchestration platform. Our team drives Prime Video growth by maximizing customer engagement by enabling automated, personalized marketing touchpoints across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and paid channels.

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for a portion of our marketing technology platform - the tools and interfaces that empower business teams to operate effectively. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, marketing, and design teams enable tooling capabilities that optimize the Prime Video customer experience off-app. We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers" best interests in mind at all times. We are looking for someone who can deeply empathize with marketing operators as their primary customer, translate their workflow pain points into elegant platform solutions, and drive measurable improvements in both operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

Prime Video is a first-stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports - including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies; licensed fan favorites; and programming from Prime Video add-on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll and MGM+. All customers, regardless of whether they have a Prime membership or not, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store, and can enjoy even more content for free with ads.
