Description Selling Partner Services continues to be high-growth and strategically important business within WW Stores org. Seller Fees team is responsible for developing science and tech products that enable this $100B+ WW business, and raise the bar on our Selling Partners experience. Within Seller Fees, this Sr. PMT will be responsible for building the AI foundations and agentic architecture required to reinvent all aspects of Fees Tech with Gen AI. The work that this PMT does will impact millions of sellers across 23+ stores world-wide. Within Amazon, this PMT and their work will be a force multiplier for different businesses and partner teams to accelerate with Gen AI. This PMT will work closely with engineering and science teams based out of Seattle. Key job responsibilities 1. Independently envision and execute large projects from start to finish including customer problem discovery, data gathering and analysis, designing creative solutions, defining product requirements and managing technical execution. 2. Engage with science, engineering, and business stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle. 3. Manage prioritization and trade-offs among competing high value opportunities. 4. Contribute to roadmap and OP1/OP2 planning. 5. Own leadership review documents including PRFAQs, vision documents, monthly or quarterly business reviews. A day in the life Each day can look different depending on the product lifecycle, but here's an example: 1. Review PRFAQ with senior leaders 2. Define product requirements for a new feature 3. Dive deep into a seller escalation with regards to existing functionality 4. Provide updates for a QBR/MBR 5. Analyze data to quantify impact from a recently launched feature Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting - Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
