Overview


At Brightstar Lottery, we're transforming the retail lottery experience through innovative technology solutions. We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of our terminal hardware and peripheral product portfolio.


In this role, you'll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience, driving the evolution of the hardware solutions used by lottery retailers every day. You'll partner closely with engineering, supply chain, field operations, commercial teams, and customer stakeholders to deliver products that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.


What You'll Do


+ Own the product strategy and roadmap for lottery terminal hardware and peripheral devices.

+ Translate customer, retailer, and business needs into clear product requirements.

+ Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams.

+ Lead hardware lifecycle management activities, including sustaining engineering initiatives, certifications, compliance updates, and quality improvements.

+ Analyze product performance, reliability, and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancement.

+ Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions and future investments.

+ Develop business cases and recommendations for new hardware products, enhancements, and lifecycle strategies.


What We're Looking For


+ Experience in product management, hardware product development, hardware lifecycle management, or a related field.

+ Ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Experience working with hardware products, retail technology, POS systems, terminals, kiosks, peripherals, or embedded technologies is highly valued.

+ Passion for solving problems, improving customer experiences, and bringing innovative products to market.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
