Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities

  Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans.

  Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and planning through implementation and continuous improvement.

  Gather, prioritize, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable product initiatives.

  Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

  Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk considerations.

  Facilitate stakeholder engagement, governance activities, and status reporting.

  Develop business cases, assess priorities, and support investment and resource planning decisions.

  Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive optimization.

  Promote adoption of best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  
• 
  5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, or a related role.
  
• 
  Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
  
• 
  Strong understanding of product management methodologies and agile delivery practices.
  
• 
  Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  
• 
  Experience working with business, technical, risk, compliance, or operational stakeholders.
  
• 
  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, digital products, or related technology domains.
