Senior Product Manager, WW Ops Finance S&A

As a Senior Product Manager in WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation you will lead the vision, roadmap and execution by partnering with other Product Managers, Finance partners, Engineering, and TPMs.

You will understand the inputs from multiple internal and external sources and develop a product vision and strategy to achieve the goals of Ops Finance Standardization and Automation team. You will own Hydra products in S&A space.

We have a strong vision and iterating rapidly with incremental value to our customers and this will provide a highly visible charter and strategic significance. This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of technical product capabilities to manage our data ecosystem and also grow as a product leader, as well as ambiguity in ownership and direction in early days.

Key job responsibilities

The critical functions for this leader are as follows:

Own one or more products in Hydra ecosystem:

• Be the ultimate owner of the product vision, strategy and execution for your product area.
• Create and manage the roadmap, prioritization frameworks, entitlement and success metrics
• Recruit customers to be part of advisors, share roadmap with customer stakeholders and partners
• Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale.
• Implement and manage a Product/Program Management framework that ensures completeness of requirements and communication with stakeholders through scalable mechanisms such as business reviews, news flashes, dashboards.

As a Product Leader in S&A, you are empowered to make data-driven decisions, articulate your vision and sell your features for implementation. You are expected to articulate your point of view with crisp communication, demonstrate ability to synthesize the inputs from your partners and stakeholders, and achieve alignment in harmonious way. You will proactively manage product backlog and work closely with your tech team and TPMs to ensure deliveries that deliver both value and take the product towards S&A North Star vision
